Loretta has been speaking and training on a part time basis since 1993 delivering training and orientation sessions to thousands of employees as part of her managerial duties in Corporate America. In 1998 she left Corporate America to pursue speaking and training full time and started Superior Training Solutions. For three years, she was a contract trainer for Fred Pryor Seminar and Career-Track delivering more than 250 one-day seminars throughout the United States and abroad.
