Ed is currently working on a book which focuses on Ice Cream and The American Culture and a video for the elementary schools about ice cream history. He is dedicated to sharing with everyone the amazing and fascinating evolution of America's love affair with ice cream.

As a celebrated speaker on ice cream history, Ed Marks has been featured at the Smithsonian Museum and by the National Association of Ice Cream Retailers, the New England Ice Cream and Restaurant Association, The Keystone Ice Cream Association, The Michigan Dairy Association and The Institute of Food Technologists. Ed has spoken at regional and local service associations such as Rotary and Kiwanis and retirement communities. As historical spokesperson for Turkey Hill Ice Cream, America's 4th largest manufacturer, he has appeared nationally on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, NPR and PBS and on several local network stations in the Northeast.
