Doug Patti’s background is in arts management as an executive director of various musical organizations over the past 25 years. In addition, since the late 1980’s he has been quite involved in executive director search and recruitment, coaching and organizational assessment of the not for profit industry as Principal of Executive Arts Resources, Inc. During most of the 1990’s he was Director of Management Services with the American Symphony Orchestra League, the national association of symphony orchestra with direct responsibilities in executive director training and development, coaching and mentoring, career development and executive director job placement.
